About our LCD Advertising Player
1. What are the main features of your digital signage?
We produce 2 kinds of digital signage.
One is Non-Network Advertising Player, which is called Stand-Alone.
The other is the Network Android Advertising Player, which comes with WIFI, LAN, 3G or 4G (optional).
Their key features are as below.
Non-Network Advertising Player
They are multi-media players integrated with different sizes of LCD screens, currently ranging from 7” to 55”.
They process data from memory card or USB flash drive (or built-in memory, if equipped) to automatically play & replay advertising videos and photos.
They are mainly used in supermarket, retail shops, elevator, or other public areas.
Network Advertising Player
Our network advertising players can be with Touch-Screen function or not as you like.
You can choose it to be with our XieLi apk or with our CMS software to realize different purposes.

Players are with built-in Quad-Core CPU & Android OS 4.0 or above.
Once power on, the player would display your APK directly on the purpose of interacting with the users, instead of going into normal android interface.
Taskbar (including Home/Back/Forwards standard keys) is blocked to avoid malicious operation in public.
——With CMS (Content Management System) Software
With our professional & powerful CMS software, you are able to edit, clip, manage and schedule the commercial contents, and launch them into the terminals remotely via internet
Meanwhile, you can manage, update, control and monitor the terminals.
2. Could you describe your non-network LCD advertising players in details?

3. What sizes of LCD advertising player do you have?
7”, 10”, 15”, 18.5”, 21.5”, 31.5”, 43”, 50”, 55”, 65”and ect.
4. What can I use LCD advertising player for?
LCD Advertising Player can be used for, but not limited to, the following purposes:
(1) Play advertisements when installed on supermarket shelves;
(2) Play advertisements / public information when installed in shop showcases;
(3) Play advertisements / public information when hung on elevator or other places;
(4) Play advertisements / public information when installed in motor vehicles;
(5) Used in different public areas, such as hotels, restaurants, hospitals, waiting hall etc.
5. What is the Timer Function of LCD advertising player?
The player can turn on/off at the time you preset every day.
6. What is the function of USB update?
You can upgrade contents of the memory card (or built-in memory) by simply inserting a USB flash drive loaded with new content, no need to take out the memory card of the player. Players will automatically start playing after the upgrade.
7. What is IR sensor function in details?
(1) Sleeping mode: The advertising player will start playing once the IR body sensor detects an approaching viewer. After the viewer leaves, it will keep playing for a while and come into sleeping mode.
(2) Mute mode: The advertising player will keep playing all the time, the sound of player will be activated when the IR body sensor detects an approaching viewer. After the viewer leaves, it will keep playing for a while before it becomes mute.
8. What kind of USB flash drive does your advertising player support?
USB 2.0 port (compatible to USB 1.1), through which USB flash drive and USB hard disk drive can be connected.
9. What kind of picture format does your advertising player support?
BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG and ect.
10. What kind of video format does your advertising player support?
MPG、MPG-1、MPG-2、MPG-4、AVI、MP4、DIV、MVC、RM、RMVB 、H.263 、H.264、VP8、RV and ect.
11. Does your advertising player need to install driver software?
No.
12. What kind of power supply your advertising player use?
We use DC power and equipped with quality / safety approved power adaptor for 7-22 inch advertising player before delivery. For 26 inch or larger advertising players, there are built-in power adaptors, and use power from AC directly.
13. Why can LCD advertising player continuously play without causing any damage?
LCD advertising player works with electronic current, with no moving mechanical parts, thus result in no mechanical abrasion, so LCD advertising player is more suitable for long hours playing.
14. Can your LCD advertising player shut down or turn on if the main power shut down or turn on in public place?
Yes. Our customers can install LCD advertising player on supermarket shelves; When the main power of the supermarket turns on, our player will automatically start playing; When the main power turns off, the player will stop. No need to adjust, move or touch the player after installation.
15. How about the sound effects of LCD advertising player?
After our strict sound test, it has the sound effects to its best. Of course, you can use external speakers when needed.
16. Since advertising player is equipped with body sensor, will it automatically play when viewers approach?
Yes.
17. How long will your advertising player play with viewer approaching?
It will keep playing if the viewer stays around. If the viewer leaves, it will keep playing for a period of time which is set up as you like before it stops.
18. Can the playing time of body sensor be re-set according to users need?
(1) We can pre-set the time before delivery based on customer’s need.
(2) Users can set the time by themselves.
19. What type of brackets can hold LCD advertising player to shelves or car headrest?
Besides the hanging eyes on the back of player, we design several metal hanging tools.
(1) there are international VESA standard hanging holes on the casing ;
(2) integrated player with relevant brackets via standard VESA holes;
(3) it can be installed on shelves, wall, display stand or on car headrest by using brackets with different functions.
20. What standard accessories come with your products?
Power adaptor and user manual are our standard accessories. Besides, we can provide accessories according to client’s needs.
21. How do you provide suitable bracket for your users?
Before placing order, we will discuss with you and provide the corresponding brackets according to the place you use the players. If you don’t have any requirement, we will provide our standard bracket to you for some models. (For example, the plastic stand bracket for AD705 and metal stand bracket for AD1005WP).
22. If we require stand kits made exclusively for us?
We can find supplier to produce it. Since design and mould are individually made, it requires certain quantity and certain charge according to the actual situation.
23. How to prevent 7inch and 10 inch LCD advertising player from being stolen in public place?
(1) SD card can be effectively protected when you close the card cover and tighten the Lock Screw on the cover;
(2) In the side of the player there is a cable lock slot, through which you can fix one end of the cable lock. And fix the other end to a solid subject, thus preventing the player from being stolen.
24. How to prevent 15 inch and larger size LCD advertising player from being stolen in public place?
(1) We install the safety cover on input, output location of the rear; tighten the lock screws of the safety cover. They can effectively protect SD card from being stolen and prevent power adaptor being unplugged deliberately by others.
(2) The player can be fixed tightly on the wall by wall mount brackets to prevent it from being stolen.
25. For LCD advertising player displayed in public place, how to prevent them being unplugged deliberately?
According to different sizes of advertising player, our designs are as below:
(1) For 15 inch and larger advertising player, there are the safety cover on input, output location at the rear; tighten the lock screws of the safety cover. They can effectively prevent power adaptor being unplugged deliberately by others.
(2) For 10 inch advertising player, we equipped with power supply cover, tighten the lock screws of power supply cover. They can effectively prevent power adaptor being unplugged deliberately by others.
26. Will the Lock Screw hole on SD card cover be damaged if I unlock the lock screw frequently?
No, our special design makes the screw hole with copper nut which can sustain numerous times of locking and unlocking.
27. Regarding the player placed in public places, we are worried that the buttons be mishandled and damaged by viewers?
(1) As per your requirement, the buttons of player can be disabled and only remote controller can operate the player.
(2) As per your requirement, we can design the player with password protection function.
(3) LCD panel has acrylic or tempered glass to protect it from being scratched.
28. How to prevent unauthorized people inserting USB to update content of player?
As per your requirement, we can design and create players with password protection function.
29. Can you upload our content to SD cards before shipment?
Yes. After we receive videow from you, our engineering will test the file and upload them to SD cards. Then we take aging test for player together with these videos. You can simply plug and play after you receive the players.
30. What kind of test you will do before shipment?
All our product undertake at least 72 hours aging test (including power adaptor and SD card) before shipment.
31. I don’t need SD card in big capability like 4GB or 8GB, can you supply it in 512MB or 1GB?
Unfortunately, we cannot. Small capability cards from known brands were no more in production years ago, 512MB or 1GB in the market are all OEM products from small manufacturer. We do not use them, because SD card’s quality will largely influence device’s performance. Poor quality cards will cause much trouble for customers.
32. Can you add built-in memory in your stand-alone player?
Our current players work by external SD cards.
Built-in memory cards have its limited storage and once it’s damaged inside, it’s difficult to be repaired. Hence external SD cards are more flexible.
We have SD card protecting cover, the SD card is locked up inside.
Our advertising player supports content upgraded by USB automatically, so you do not need to take the SD card out , just need to plug in the USB, it will finish update automatically.
33. What certificates do you have for your products?
CE, ROHS, FCC, ISO and ect.
34. What payment terms do you accept?
Bank transfer, T/T (telegraphic transfer), PayPal (for sample only), L/C and Western Union. If you have special requests on payment terms, we can discuss case by case.
35. How about the warranty of your product?
We provide quality guarantee of 12 months for our player and 6 months for our memory cards, support system and other accessories or parts starting from the day of pick up. Our quality guarantee means repair free of charge, replacement of good unit against faulty units, including player, memory cards, support system, accessories or parts.
